I didn't really focus on the amount of fiber that was in my lunch but once I thought about it, I was like, whoa! I made a quesadilla with 2 small ww low-carb tortillas, 1/4 cup sharp cheddar, and some roasted chicken. Alongside, a bowl of Progresso Light Southwest-Style Vegetable Soup...spicy and yummy! And of course a diet green tea. Total fiber count 22 grams! Should hold me over for awhile!
