New Heights

Hey y'all!

Did something a little different on this morning's run. I told you how I have been trying to use some incline on the treadmill in order to better simulate outdoor running, well today I reached a new high!


I ran 6 miles in 56:38 on a steady 3% incline! It was kinda tough but I made it and felt great when I was done! Those are the best workouts.

Now I'm off to a ballgame, hoping for another Bulldog win!!
