Yay me! When I came back from my 4-mile run/walk this morning with my oldest son, Mama G has the BIGGEST breakfast fixed...biscuits, gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. looked and smelled fantastic but I made my breakfast of oats, strawberries, cantaloupe, and ff vanilla yogurt...and it also looked fantastic! I feel so good knowing I started my weekend off on the right note and I feel great after my workout and breakfast. I hope your day has also started of on the right note!
